N(i)² appoints Ken Ballou as new Vice-President, Worldwide Sales

Montréal (Québec), Canada – February 11, 2008 - N(i)², a provider of next generation technology for the operation and management of shared ICT infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Ken Ballou as Vice-President, Worldwide Sales.

“Ken brings extensive experience in the application of enterprise software solutions as a means of solving complex business challenges and accelerating growth,” CEO Joseph Hatchuel said in announcing Ballou’s appointment.

Ballou is recognized as a senior business developer and sales leader with extensive experience in the formation of new business and start-up initiatives, direct and indirect sales, global account management, and marketing.

“Throughout his 20 year career within the technology industry, he has been personally responsible for the evolution and success of many new selling strategies, business models, sales organizations, and business units. His background spans both Fortune 500 and early-stage companies and includes tenure with Computer Associates International, Inc., a Fortune 500 Software leader, where he served in a number of senior sales leadership roles,” Hatchuel said.

Ballou has developed and maintained many sound and lasting relationships with senior business executives in firms that include Citigroup International, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, The Bank of New York, Cisco, Accenture, Perot Systems, Ernst & Young, and numerous other global enterprises.
